Cut the household bill, with the government paying part of the system.
Rooftop solar for houses and flats in Nagpur. This is the only category the PM Surya Ghar subsidy covers — up to ₹78,000 back, and we handle the application.
Residential
Solar for Homes in Nagpur
A home rooftop system is sized against your monthly units, not against your roof. Most Nagpur households land between 1 kW and 5 kW. The electricity you generate during the day runs the house. What you do not use is exported through a net meter and set against what you draw at night, so the bill falls rather than the supply changing. Residential is also the only category the PM Surya Ghar subsidy applies to, which materially changes the arithmetic. We register the application for you as part of the job.

Questions
Asked most often about residential solar
Will it run my air conditioner?
It can, if the system is sized for it. An AC is a large daytime load and solar is a daytime supply, so they suit each other well — but the system has to be designed for that load rather than fitted and hoped for. We check this at the survey.
I live in a flat. Can I still do this?
Individual flats are harder because the roof is common property. Housing societies can apply under the GHS/RWA part of the scheme, which pays ₹18,000 per kW for common facilities. Talk to us and we will tell you what is possible in your building.
Will it damage my roof?
No. The structure is anchored and waterproofed at the fixing points. We check the roof condition during the survey and tell you if anything needs attention first.
